Shipping and fulfillment¶
Where are Purism products sold?¶
Purism products are only available on the online Shop. Secondhand products are occasionally offered in the community forums, but these arrangements are made entirely outside of Purism’s discretion.
Do you ship worldwide?¶
We ship worldwide, except to countries that are subject of trade sanctions imposed by the USA. Other legal obligations and restrictions are listed below.
APO/FPO¶
Purism is unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time due to carrier restrictions related to lithium battery shipment. While USPS may allow new lithium batteries installed in equipment, APO/FPO shipments are additionally subject to international restrictions. In our experience, these have always been rejected by the carrier or customs and returned to us.
We are able to ship to international addresses using DHL, and to non-APO/FPO US addresses using USPS or FedEx.
Customs¶
International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Purism is not responsible in any way to cover import charges.
The customer is responsible for customs clearing, duties, and any local taxation.
Shipping delays may occur when customs clearance procedures are required.
