When paying with credit card, please ensure that your billing address matching the address on file with your bank.

Credit card payments are the only accepted payment method for subscriptions such as Librem One or Librem AweSIM.

Cryptocurrency (via Coinbase)

Purism’s cryptocurrency payments are processed through Coinbase. Purism can therefore support most cryptocurrency methods that Coinbase supports. If it is not supported on Coinbase, Purism also does not support it.

Payment issues

1. Cryptocurrency transactions, wire transfers, and ACH bank transfers take time before we can validate the payment. This requires manual inspection; fulfillment may be delayed during payment posting and verification.

2. To change payment methods or resolve payment issues, contact the Support department (support@puri.sm) with a message containing your order number and/or payment details and await further instructions.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordering means you are funding research and development of a product which is not available/manufactured yet. By pre-ordering a product, you accept the following:

• This carries a certain risk that shipping will be delayed. We provide best effort estimates but there are a lot of external factors, unpredicted situations (like COVID-19 for example) that we cannot predict.

• This carries a possibility that specs will be changed by the time product enters productions phase.

• You cannot withdraw funds once you invest/pre-order. Review our policies.
