Most Android and iOS devices will configure automatically. If they do not, use the Librem 5 settings below. #. :ref:`Install the AweSIM SIM card `. #. Configure the :ref:`carrier settings `. #. Add or select the APN: * Settings → Mobile → Access Point Names #. Set the "Network Mode" to "4G Only": * Settings → Mobile → Network Mode #. Configure Chats application with APN/MMSC/Proxy parameters: * Chats → ☰ → Preferences → Protocol Settings → SMS and MMS Settings #. Contact the Wireless Support department (|email_wireless_support|) to activate your AweSIM voice+data plan. .. warning:: Be very careful with the SIM Lock option! Only proceed if you fully understand how this feature works. It takes a couple business days to process a PIN unlock (PUK) request.
