Cryptocurrency (via Coinbase)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Purism's cryptocurrency payments are processed through `Coinbase`_.
Purism can therefore support most cryptocurrency methods that Coinbase supports.
If it is not supported on Coinbase, Purism also does not support it.

Payment issues

#. Cryptocurrency transactions, wire transfers, and ACH bank transfers take time before we can validate the payment.
   This requires manual inspection; fulfillment may be delayed during payment posting and verification.
#. To change payment methods or resolve payment issues, contact the Support department (|email_support|) with a message containing your order number and/or payment details and await further instructions.
